(2) The grouting pump should have reliable pressure control capability. Because the "filling and compaction" of grouting is bound to cause the overpressure of the grouting pump, the pump should reduce the amount of grouting in time to reduce the flow resistance of the slurry in the gap, thereby avoiding grouting fracturing and road bumps. , mechanical accidents, etc. The grouting pump preferably has the performance of automatically adjusting the amount of grouting as the grouting pressure changes.
(3) The grouting pump should be simple to operate and maintain, and safe and reliable to use. Because the grout used by the grouting pump is easy to precipitate and solidify, the grouting pump must ensure that the grouting pump does not stop in the middle of each grouting (preventive maintenance should be done before grouting). The working conditions in the mine are difficult, and the grouting pump must be reliable and absolutely explosion-proof.
The grouting pump uses compressed oil or compressed air as the power source, and uses the oil cylinder or the cylinder and the grouting cylinder to have a larger ratio of action area, so that the cylinder can generate a higher injection pressure with a smaller pressure.

The working principle of the single-chamber reciprocating pump, when the crank rotates counterclockwise at the angular velocity ω, the piston moves to the right, the volume of the cavity suddenly increases, the liquid pressure in the cavity decreases, and the suction valve opens and the discharge valve closes under the action of external pressure. Under the action of the pressure difference, the conveyed liquid overcomes the resistance loss of the suction pipeline and suction valve, etc. and enters the cavity. When the crank turns 180°, the piston moves to the left, the liquid is squeezed, and the liquid pressure in the cavity increases sharply , Under the action of this pressure, the suction valve is closed and the discharge valve is closed, and the liquid in the cavity is discharged into the discharge pipeline under the action of the pressure difference. When the crank rotates continuously at an angular velocity ω, the reciprocating pump continuously sucks in and discharges liquid.
